Kimberly Probus is a veteran of the healthcare workforce with nearly 30 years’ experience as a registered nurse, with the most recent 15 years in the executive ranks and consulting for hospital improvement. As a mission-focused, data-driven and patient centered clinical operative, she has overseen organizational change and patient outcomes improvement for 53 hospitals with a focus on throughout, nursing and provider care models, and strategic alignment. Dr. Probus is a dual-doctorate, dual-certified RN who also holds an MBA and is the author of TICTOC protocol, a published ED throughout strategy.

Recently, Kimberly has served helping organizations in financial, clinical, and operational turnaround situations. She has led teams to success with regulatory oversight, mergers, and labor relations. She is a talented transformational change agent helping hospitals from critical access to large academic medical centers. She is adept at navigating for-profit, non-profit, and community owned hospitals and clinics.

Kimberly has enjoyed consulting and interim leadership opportunities and has chosen this niche as her full-time work to fulfill her mission to positively impact care for a greater number of people, teaching individuals and systems to replicate her work. She graduated with a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Alabama, a Master of Business Administration from University of the Cumberlands, a Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, and three undergrads. She is a well decorated clinician and committed expert with numerous established successes.
